1. Refund or replacement of any item will be taken under consideration only on the day of delivery.
2. Check Groceries at the time of delivery for any Missing item/items & Inform delivery member immediately.
3. All refunds will be will be credited within 3 working days in Wallet from the date of acknowledgement
4. If you wish to get your refunds to be credited to your credit card, debit card or bank account, kindly connect with us *. This Refund process will take Up to 10 working days
5. Refunds for e-wallet payments cannot be credited back to respective e-wallet as per RBI Guidelines. You can share your NEFT details of the bank account with our customer support. This can take up to 7-14 bank working days.
