Description
Apple Ber, also known as Indian jujube or Chinese date, is a Thailand variety fruit. This Apple Ber has a sweet, crisp, and juicy flavor. Each fruit weighs between 150 and 200 grams. It has the appearance of a green apple. This is why it's known as Apple Plum or Apple Ber. Traditional medicine has utilized the fruit as an emollient, expectorant, cooling, anodyne, and tonic. It's also been used as an aconite poisoning antidote.
